How you view your life
The difference between those who succeed in life and those who don't is mainly in how they view their life on a daily basis. More importantly based on the way in which they handle their life once they get up from their bed.
You can either take control of your life as aĀ LEADERĀ or you can fall back to your self blaming the happenings and the course of your life on other and be theĀ VICTIM.
Its based on which of these two role you take, decides what you become in life.
Always try to be the LEADER in your life. Accept that whatever that has transpired in your life is the result of your own action and nobody else. Only when you accept this fact instead of blaming the deficiency in your life on others, you can truly move on and take actions to remove those inadequacy from your life.

What is The Opportunity HereĀ - This should be the focus when something bad happens to you in your life. When something undesirable happens in your life (or) when things don't go according to your plan - first accept the situation and feel the pain or sadness. There is no use in bottling up the emotions because once you do that it is bound to burst open sometime later. So let yourself feel and embrace the sadness of the situation and let it sink in. Once you are done with that think about the WTOH.
Most of the people once they get into a bad situation they feel sorry and sad for them-self and let that emotions or feelings consume them as a whole and spend years regretting their actions or decisions. DONāT do that. There is no use in doing that.
Think about WTOH.

There are three steps to follow when you are have experienced a disappointment or something which had bought you down mentally.
- Move - physical activity in situations like this will help increase the level of hormones on your body and hence makes you clear of the emotions. Just do something which makes you sweat.
- Negative Visualisation - things could have gone even worser . there are people out there with even more worse problems than what we have. think about it.
- Self forgiveness - Humans make mistake. so don't take it too hard on yourself and learn to forgive and learn from the mistake.
